iphone 3gs 3.1.3 restored and updated without shsh but it was pending
before my iphone was restored, i had the tss pending in cydia. is there anyway i can still downgrade bceause im on 4.0 and i need to be on 3.1.3. it was pending while i was on 3.1.3
