Cydia apps settings disappear

I just installed 0s4 via Sn0wbreeze and re-installed my Cydia apps via the ROck restore backups facility.

All went well until I tried to go into settings and where apps like 'Shrink' and 'Android Lock' would show up in the iPhone settings page, they are not there now. Any ideas where they are?

That would be a good idea if I could put my finger on what I did!

I think when I used Rock, to restore my apps, not everything was properly restored. I went through and restored all apps manually and then they showed up in the settings page after a reboot.

preferenceloader is what is used to show cydia apps in settings so maybe it was that, that wasnt installed properly..
