is this possible to downgrade to 3.1.3 w/ current baseband of 5.13.04 and unlock it still for tmobile? i was able to downgrade to 3.1.3 but i dont know where to begin to jailbreak and unlock.

Yes. Assuming youre on stock 3.1.3 with no jailbreak applied on the phone yet.

No problem (btw I didnt mean downgrade to 3.1.2 lol, if youre on 3.1.3 you just had to use 3.1.2 ipsw for Redsn0w)
whoops oh well.. not sure the difference between 3.1.2 vs 3.1.3 i guess. oh well. heh. if i need to do it again ill do it with 3.1.3! thanks again

Lol 3.1.2 is fine too tho, there really is no diff at all with 3.1.3
Pampers, can you please tell me how you were able to downgrade with those steps? If so can you give me step by step what you did because that site flat out confused me, I was able to install the libusb but did not know where to go from there. Thank you guys for your help, reading it has already put me a step ahead of where I was lol
