[help] Duplicate Apps inside /var/mobile/Applications/

iPhone 3.1.3 + Spiti JB
Problem occured after i restore from backup (and sync)

Problem 1:
Duplicate Apps Icon in HIDE ICONS in SBSettings/Categories

Problem 2:
Duplicate Apps folder in Applications
Is it safe for me to delete the unused folder?

I need help with this too. Only my problem is /var/stash has duplicate files

it is never recommended to restore from a backup if the backup was made from a phone that was jailbroken, i would suggest restoring and setting up as new and then sync your photos, apps, etc. back
