1 month old 3GS I wanna sell

How much is this thing worth, I am gonna upgrade to the new 4 phone and I don't have to exchange the 3GS I have. I don't like Ebay too much and was hoping to sell it to a co-worker or maybe someone who has paypal. It's worth more if I jailbreak it I assume? I should have never updated to iOS 4 but I did, i've only had some minor freezing at limited times but I power the phone off every day sometimes twice. At&t makes me so upset I can't believe they don't offer unlimited data anymore. Even if I gave the phone to my son he wouldn't be eligible for the unlimited even tho he and my wife we are all on the same freakin family plan!
