    Default openssh woes...
    hi!

i'm experiencing problems with open ssh and cyberduck...

i keep getting the error message: premature connection close when i try to cyberduck/ssh into my iphone (3.1.3, jb-ed on spirit)

what needs to be checked, like ip address, password, etc...are correct...

what seems to work is only if i remove and reinstall openssh through cydia...then i'd be able to ssh...but once i close that connection, wanna try to ssh again...it's premature connection close error message again...

does anyone know how to fix this annoying problem? cos removing and reinstalling every time before the need to ssh is really troublesome? >.<

hopefully someone knows the remedy to this, fingers crossed!

    tia!

    unfortunately no

when i wanna ssh, i will reinstall in cydia...then open cyberduck to do what i have to do...

and then repeat the next time...

    an absolute royal pita!

but doesn't seem like there's a known solution around this?

Instead of reinstalling everytime have you tried using sbsettings to turn ssh off and back on?
