    Default slow 3g on iphone 4

    the internet on my iPhone 4 is slow ... i tested it with my friend 3gs and the same websites load way faster on his 3gs .... any of you guys have the same problem any fix ?? i called AT&T and they gave me the same old towers are down EXCUSE .
