Sorry if I put this in the wrong section.. I've been on this site following all the new iphone coverage and finally joined.
I got my iphone 4 early morning on the 23rd.. Didn't get to activate it and play with it till 10pm that night.. I did let it charge fully through the day.
The batter lasted me over 24 hours with a moderate amount of use (Camera, video, 3G, GPS, texting, phone calls etc..)
Finally my battery got to 6%.. Now it's been charging for about 2 1/2 hours and its stuck 96% with full battery charged indicator.. I pulled out the charger and put it back in.. The batter went back to the lightning bolt logo (charging) and it was still at 96% 20 min later.. I shut the phone on and off, reseted and still its at 96% full.. It won't go further..
anyone else have this?
Also, my phone does NOT lose reception when held on its sides and the yellow splotch in the corner is gone.

Turn off device then back on see if that solves the issue.

I tried this and its still at 96.. Weird.. I'm not too worried or pissed. Just seeing if anyone else has this.. I'll most likely take it to apple later on if it stays like this.
Thanks for the reply

Try a hard reset twice.

Someone else posted theirs wouldn't charge beyond 98%
Not sure but my guess would be a 4% error margin on the battery meter....He who asks a question looks foolish for 5 minutes. He who doesn't ask a question remains foolish forever.

The margin of error has just been revised to 3% ....He who asks a question looks foolish for 5 minutes. He who doesn't ask a question remains foolish forever.
