New Housing = No reception! - Do I throw the phone out?
Hi fellow iphone fans.
I just did a housing swap on my 3G and what a disaster it was.
The case I got was not too shitty quality but my iphone was dusty and dirty inside and everything that was glued in was falling apart.
I lost two screws on the floor, broke my original casing, broke both my power and mute button and - best of all - the phone looks like ****!
However, the worst part is that my reception has gone down the toilet, and everywhere I look people say that the poor reception is unavoidable with aftermarket housings.
Is there anything I can do or should I just throw it out and go for the 4G?
