Iphone disk recovery

Hi, i don't know if this is the right forum but i had recently (accidently) restored my iphone with no BACKUP

SO I Was wondering if there was a way to ssh or something to create a disk image and then use sometype of software to read the image and see if i can recover my images, notes etc.

can anyone help please, please please?

i don't have linux, is there any software to use for windows to do create the image?

did you ever sync the phone with the computer before? usually when you sync, itunes automatically backup your phone.

no, never synced it. I tried to look for backups via itunes but nothing. is there another place to search?
