Mobilephone.app and mobilesms.app not working 4.0

I accidentally changed some phone and sms settings when i was sshing into 4.0 for iphone 3Gs. No my phone and messaging app are not working. And i dont feel like restoring and rejailbreaking it. So can some one upload their iPhone 3Gs "mobilephone.app" and "mobilesms.app" for 4.0

it takes less than 10 minutes for a 3gs to restore...

You've waited almost an hour for someone to send you their mobilephone app?
