Winterboard updated for iOS 4!

every time i go into rock winterboard is either 0.9.3211-1 or 0.9.3210-1. they keep bouncing back between the 2. neither really work correctly. sbsettings also doesn't work right and in apps the swipe doesn't work. i'm sure it's probably an activator bug.

Any news regarding wallpaper fix?
I had same problems DJWebDUck so i restored again without multitasking or wallpaper, a lot faster now.
