Safari doesn't run in the background?

Hi, for the past week or so, my Safari app hasn't been running in the background, even when I activate backgrounder. It always closes out when I press the home button. I'm thinking it might have been caused by something I did in Advanced/Supreme settings but I can't find anything in there that would cause this. Anyone know any solutions to this?

Check backgrounder exceptions for safari. Maybe you accidentally created an override that's telling safari to quit.
