So i have read in a couple places about how you have to agree to apple terms and conditions which says that the iAds can have your GPS based location data to send you local ads. I know that iOS just came out and the iphone 4 has yet to get in peoples hands so nobody has probably looked into it but:

1) Within the jailbreak community is this something that can have a tweak enabled to block this somehow. (i.e. apple kill switch)

2) Could apple somehow use this info to control/stop those with jail broken devices?
