Have Verizon, pre-ordered the iPhone 4G... Porting number?
Will iTunes port my number for me from Verizon, or will I have to call customer service when I receive my phone? Would be nice if I didnt have to call anyone!

no but you can keep your phone number if youd like but you have to do it at the store

Don't know how the time factor is now but I went from Alltel to AT&T a few years ago and it takes about two weeks to do this! I called AT&T customer service and luckly me I got a woman agent who knew what she was doing and she did it in about 10 minutes which is suppose to be out of the norm but she did it and fast! One of the BEST cs people I have ever had and there is not many on that list!
