AT&T is carrying people with their orders!

I just got my order in 15 minutes ago and received a order confirmation...5 minutes later I receive another E-Mail saying the order had been cancelled! I'm like wtf?

They say it was cancelled either because they could not verify my information or that I exceeded the amount of phones allowed. I only ordered one phone and my information was all correct...I've had service before with AT&T, credit was always approved, no deposit and I was approved for up to 5 lines!

So I called CS they told me to go to a store that apparently this isn't the first time they have heard this. Why can't these iPhone release sales ever go through correctly? There is always drama! Why offer online ordering if it's just going to raise everyones tempers?
