Does anyone have any idea if we can use facetime to talk from at&t user to an iphone4 user but on a different network i.e t-mobile using an unlocking software?

Don't see why it wouldn't work. The app doesn't have anything to do with the carrier and it is run over wifi.

I am pretty sure the My3g apps from the Rocks will allow facetime app to run over 3G network.

FaceTime doesn't work over 3G, nor is it governed at all by carriers. Have a blast.

I would not be suprised if FaceTime can be Unrestricted. I hope so.
I think we will see many apps for the front cam.
