Any idea what's going on with my iPhone?

Okay so I was in Fred Meyer earlier today and I took out my phone to take a picture of this Audi R8 that was in the parking lot. My iPhone has the plug into iTunes screen and won't allow me to do anything. I plug it into my computer when I get home and I get this message.

I'm running the latest Beta so I don't understand what's going on.

Just helped somebody else with the same problem...

Not exactly sure why this happened, but to downgrade back to 3.1.3 try downloading and restoring with this:

Betas will expire.. upgrade to the GM and it will fix your problem. just go to stealthbravo.com and click on downloads. he has all the GM copies listed there. if it helps you out hit the tanks!
