proper method to sell restored jb phone?

someone confirm this -
im selling my 3g but selling it as a jailbroken iphone still
so i want to wipe the data but keep the jailbreak
my method of thinking is

restore as new phone
do not synch with itunes
jailbreak
pop out sim card
send out phone
?

Agreed you will get more moeny for a jailbroken unlocked, as some people dont like to do that stuff or dont know how. Just remind them not to update with itunes or they will lose the jailbreak unlock, maybe give them a link to this place so they can enjoy the party to. just saying it be nice to send it with some real instructions
