AT&T anounced that new AT&T customers can only pre order ONE iphone per household.

I need two iphones, one for me and a second for my wife and wanted to get a family plan.

Since we can only pre order one per household, is it possible to walk into an Apple store or AT&T after launch and get the second iphone and add it to my pre order iphone account as a family plan or something similar?

Botton line is that I want both iphones to be under one account and not two separate ones.

Can someone please tell he how to go about this?
