when you get a new phone do you repay for aps?

wondering since will be upgrading from iphone 3gs to iphone 4.. what happens to all the aps you've paid for? will it remember with your itunes library purchases? what about cydia/rock purchases?

I think there is a way to back up both

You'll have to sync and backup with iTunes and then transfer your purchased music/videos/applications to your new phone.

They'll all be free if u already downloaded em

Yup, even if you failed to back them up, once paid for in the app store you can download it again free of charge.
