My 3G network won't work all the sudden?

So i've been jailbroken since Spirit came out and all the sudden today my 3G just won't work. I've reset the network connections my 3G toggle on SBSettings is on and it's on in settings.
I can switch it of and it goes to EDGE and works perfectly but the second i switch it back i have no internet at all.
Any ideas or help?

BTW My brother's 3G works so it has to be my phone.

reset network settings, hard reset the phone, re-jailbreak. and if all else fails try a restore

I reset the settings, i'll try to re-jailbreak now.
If i re-jailbreak will that remove the purchased apps on my phone (from app store not cydia)

i'm backing up my phone now and then i'll re-jailbreak and restore if i have to. Thanks for the help and the quick reply man.

So re-jailbreaking didn't work. Looks like i'm gonna have to restore ):

Even after restore it still doesn't work. I'm guessing it's a hardware problem now.

I'm gonna try a restore again and if it doesn't work i guess it's a hardware problem. If anyone else has any ideas please let me know

If you happen to be anywhere near Tupelo, MS, apparently our 3G is down. I've tried my 3G[s], my girlfriends 3G[s], my iPad 3G, and my Nexus One.

I did manage to get a weak Edge connection during my lunch break short a short while (at a redlight).

Could this be an outage affecting multiple areas?

Dont mess with your iPhones, here in New Orleans we have the same problem with ATT 3G network. Apparently they have some problems or are fixing something.

Reports say it's down from Florida to as far as Louisiana. I'm in Tuscaloosa, AL and 3G has been pretty much dead all day.
