Need to clear al info,16gb 3G going up for sale?

Going to put my 16 gb 3G up for sale. I need to clear all of my info from it. It's jailbroken,but not unlocked because I am on 5.12.01. What is the easiest way to do this? Thanks for the help

restore it and set up as new phone. You can then re-jailbreak it.
