iOS 4.0 GM Prob.
How do I enable background wallpaper and Multi-tasking? Also, there is no app folder as mentioned for this version..

choose a photo from your photo library and it will ask you whether you want to set a background wallpaper or lockscreen wallpaper. to make a folder move an app icon on top of another app icon and it creates the folder

If you are on a iPhone 3G this is not enabled by default you must change the .plist to enable them. YouTube it lol
