A problem with Cydia - 3.1.3 and iPhone 3GS

I have the iPhone 3GS and I put the new 3.1.3 and I jailbroke it with Spirit, but I installed some of the apps I had on the 3.1.2 before and now when I try to install something new from Cydia it shows me Error Messages and doesn't install it. It just stops and makes me Restart the Springboard ... after that it is not installed.
And my phone is factory unlocked(never-locked)
The bad thing is that Cydia is technically unusable now, it starts downloading and then after a while it shows me these two messages and stops, makes me either Restart the Springboard or Go back to Cydia, and nothing's installed ....
