AFC2ADD problem

Hi all

Just wondering if someone could point me in the right direction, Just jailbroken me phone with spirit (3gs 3.1.3). Trying to download AFC2ADD. Trying to use cydia to download it but every time i click on it, says running then pops up saying unreachable!!! also tried to download rock app but says the same, have i missed something, really new to this and just starting to use cydia, and mite have missed something ot that

Any help would be gratefully received

Depending on what repo it's on, the repo may be down. I think the modmyi repo has been hammered all day.
