Upgrading 3G
Hey guys!
I have an iPhone 3G which is jailbroken & unlocked on firmware 3.1.2.
But I cannot seem to be able to download apps through install***.
I wanted to upgrade to 3.1.3 & then jailbreak it again, but I have been reading that this will lose my unlock.
Sorry to sound like a noob, but I am confused!
Please, help!!!

Yes you will loose your unlock if you upgrade to 3.1.3. You may be able to to create a custom firmware with snowbreeze or redo your jailbreak with redsnow and add cydia in. That may help your issue. You should read up on the jb methods in the guide section of modmyi. Just be careful if you mess up you will be forced to upgrade to 3.1.3.
