Visual voicemail doesn't work, but regular voicemail does? Help!

I've had this problem for quite some time. I've tried the reset the network settings method because I did do that benvm tether install or whatever awhile back, but that didn't work. As I said, visual voicemail doesn't work, but when I do the old call my voicemail, it works. It sucks because I don't get a notification when I get a voicemail, I have to check it every now and then.

Call your provider they wil prob be able to send you a signal overthr air that may fix the problem

I tried that already, in their system it showed that it works, since the regular one worked I guess...I think I found what I may need, but I can't get a way to access this screen, I tried downloading APN editing on cydia but it isn't working for some reason: Updated carrier file, 3.0 and visual voicemail fix
