Phone.app Won't Load On Startup

Hey everybody. Been a lurker for a while, but finally had a question to ask of you all.

Just recently, this weird thing started happening, and I'm not really sure what caused it. I noticed that now, upon both startup and respring, the phone.app no longer loads on it's own. Once I start it up it backgrounds as normal, but it no longer loads up by itself like it should by default. I wouldn't have a problem with this if it were any other application, but seeing as the phone doesn't load up on my phone, it is a bit of a pain.

Does anybody know what might be causing this and/or how to fix it? Thanks in advance!

It sometimes annoys me when people do this but...bump.

Anybody have any ideas? I know a restore would fix it, but we all know that that is a pain in the butt.
