iPod Touch bug?

Well, okay this has been hapening since i updated to 3.1.2 and reinstalled blackra1n. The frist day after i jailbreak my ipod everything goes well, it's working properly its just great. but then it starts freezing, crashing, and lagging real bad forcing me to restore it. I've read that winterboard is the cause but it still does it with or without winterboard installed.last night i found out that the lockdown app crashed it when i opened a locked app. Now this morning it is completely restored and updated to 3.1.3 [waiting to be jailbroken with redsnow] and its still lagging and freezing.

is this a problem with 3.1.2-3.1.3? or is there something i don't know about?

I had some stability problems with my 3GS when I jailbroke with Spirit on 3.1.2, updating to 3.1.3 and re-jailbreaking fixed it for me.

do you have the same problem without jailbreak?? i am guessing that the jailbreak is causing it. when you restore make sure you set the iPod up as a new device.
