Auto hide springboard code or app

So I thought of this cool idea were everything on the springboard (or main page via home) including status bar, icons, and dock go poof after a certain time period (like 2-5second). Then when you touch the screen everything goes back to normal. The reason for this is because I have a code that rotates my background image and I would like to see all of it when my iphone is idle (since I already have a 60 second lock). I was wondering if anyone knows if this app or code exist. If so where can I find it? And if not does anyone have any idea where can I start to create it?

I don't think sbsimplify will hide the icons though. It will hid the status bar.

how can you get sbsimplify? I can't get it on rock or cydia? also anyone else has idea's on how to create it? I'm prolly just goin to tweak sbsimplify to hide the icons as well once I get it.
