Default different free RAM available.. accurate method anyone?

    sooo heres my problem
i want to see how much free RAM i have available, but i get conflicts with the answer

all appstore apps give me the same similar result which is around 155mb on a fresh boot of my iPhone 3GS

but circuitos sais that i have 161mb (opened circuitos when the appstore app was open so the result should of been the same.. but they're not)

sometimes it can differ by 20mb, appstore apps saying i have 120mb of free RAM and circuitos saying i have 140mb free

is there an 100% accurate answer? or something

Why not use Processes that comes bundled in SBsettings downloadable for free from Cydia.

SBSettings hardly affects anything. Bigboss is pretty damn good at what he does.
