I currently use biteSMS and my favourite feature is without a doubt its quick compose feature. Anybody who uses it or anything similar will know what I mean.

However, being used to that know makes sending an E-Mail seem like a chore. Exiting the app I'm in, scrolling back to the 1st screen, opening the mail app, tapping the button to start a new e-mail, sending the mail than having to navigate my way back to the app I was using - all very cumbersome!

So, is there any app out there that can replicate biteSMS's best feature but for E-Mail? I know I could move mail.app to my dock to streamline the process but I already has other things there that I use more than E-Mail.
