How to watch streaming video on TV?

How do you get video to output to tv from the native media player.
I can get ipod movies on my tv, but when I stream video from say, the Mobile Theatre app, it won't output through my AV cable.
It worked fine with uWatch, but their site is down indefinately.

Any ideas?

u need to get TVout from cydia, then enable the switches in options. it thwn forces the video shown on the iphone to play on the tv its connected to, even if you dont have the right A/V cable. I use that to watch the SKY mobile player, to watch sky sports on a weekend.

Thanks for the reply. I've downloaded TVout, but haven't had a chance to see how it works.
