How to change default calendar alert from "none" to "15 Min. before" ?

could anyone who knows a little bit the iPhone file system point out what file has to be modified to change the default calendar alert - when adding a new event - from "none" to "15 Minutes before" or something else. Couldn't find anything related on Google. Really appreciating if somebody could have a look.

I poked around some plist files but I didn't see anywhere where you could change the default.

So did I, but to no avail. I believe, this can't be solved the easy way.
