SwirlyMMS help... How do you Delete?

Can someone please tell me how to delete/remove the SwirlyMMS files from your phone after you have viewed them?

I have tried a million different things and cant get rid of the file after I have viewed it!

In the Finder program when you are in the /Media/MMSFiles directory... at the bottom of the screen you will see "File Create Modify Send Misc". Click the File button and then you will see a Delete button.

just find the picture in finder. hit "file" then "delete." Next, while in finder, hit the apple button, then hit the trash button, then hit file, then delete again.
