Can the screen on itunes be resized to show camera button

I cannot see a camera button on the sync screen. I have been told that it is there but itunes will not shrink small enough to let you see it? I really need to sync my photo's

across the top of the screen where it shows buttons to click to cync to, there is no "photo button" on my screen. I have been told that it is there but itunes doesn't have a way to scroll the screen to get to it. I have tried smaller font and looked everywhere on line to find the answer but no luck. I have no way to sync photo's to my phone or visa versa.
