HELP!!!!!!! iphone stuck in emergency call and is not connecting to COMPUTER

Hello,
i need some really serious help for my iphone. i have the 1st gen iphone and it is stuck in emergency call mode and has the usb and itunes logo. when i connect the usb to my computer the iphone dosnt show up. when i charge my ihpone from wall charger it works
so, its not a problem in the iphone connecter thing.
anyways I NEED HELP BAD
icantd do anything plz help me

maybe its your sim card you hold down the power and home button till and apple logo apears

It could also be that the iphone imei is not registered with the sim card, I had the same problem with a vodafone iphone and in the end even the store people couldn't do anything about it. Sent it back as faulty.

Is your iPhone unlocked cause that might help too

its not the sim cause the first one didnt work but then i put in another one and i started getting signals. so i left it in. plzz help think of more ways plzzz
