Lol helpppp, Winterboard killed my internet.

Today, I updated winterboard to version 0.9.3175-2, which is an update of winterboard from friday that is supposed to "Five Icon Dock 0.9.3175-2 fixes an uninstallation bug, but then did weird things if you tried to add a sixth dock icon; fixed in 0.9.3184-1."
Immediately after downloading and respringing my iphone, I tried to go to twitter on safari, and safari blacked out and said "connecting..." on it. That doesn't normally happen, but i decided to wait.
15 minutes later, no connection. I try respringing, rebooting, different networks, everything for 3 hours. Still no connection. So i come to the conclusion that i must delete winterboard. I open up cydia. I closes right when i boot it up. so i thought maybe rebooting may help. it still closes.
what do i dooo?

also, i can't restore my iphone.(3g, 3.1.2, unlocked). cydia never gave me the little button with the heart ,followed up with the "make my life easier" message. so i couldn't back up my shsh's
So what do i do?
wait till 3.1.3 is unlocked?

Edit: title should be winterboard killed my iphone... or something idk.
