Unable to backup / copy files from iphone

Hi

I am using 3.1.3, jailbroken few days ago.
I still manage to backup my phone using itunes yesterday.
But the backup doesnt work today..
If i remember, it wont backup (its just freeze there) after i installed a few Cydia apps
Some of them included
five icon dock, five column springboard, notifier, sbcategories, backgrounder, lockinfo, ifile, irealsms, snapture, mywi

I tried to copy files manually using openssh (winscp) , iphone browser (in windows) and diskaid ( in windows) here are some of the errors msg...

I've got exactly the same problem on my iPhone 3GS running 3.1.2, using DiskAid 3.05 on windows.

@jdys : remove majority (or all of apps) in iPhone. Untick the Sync my Apps in iTunes.. Then try to backup..
It worked for me
