Install0us question.

I used to SSH using WinSCP and drop apps to var/mobile/library/downloads and then open Install0us>downloads and install,now when I go to Install0us>downloads it does not show any apps there,but if I SSH with WinSCP it shows the app in var/mobile/library/downloads. I upgraded to Install0us 3.1 yesterday.
