Use iPad MicroSim with an iPhone

I was wondering if it was possible to use the iPad's MicroSim with the iPhone.

There are MicroSim adapters that are sold here MicroSim Adapter 3FF mini-UICC Shop

Couldnt I get the $30 unlimited iPad data plan and use it with my iPhone?

Also, would my iPhone need to be unlocked for this to work? I mean, it is AT&T dataplan.

I think there is an issue with the iPad's sims not allowing text or phone calls. That is why they only got the T-Mobile text to work for it so far.

But I can easily use Skype and Google voice

Let's say we've got the iPad's microsim to work in an iPhone and access the internet on the iPhone thru the iPad's data plan, is there a way to manage the data plan without the iPad, like an online website or customer service number?

Because obviously what will you need an iPad for if you can use its data plan on an iPhone, so I might return it or sell it on ebay. The problem is if ever i want to change something on the data plan, do i need to pop it in an ipad again and do the change on an ipad? is there a workaround for this?

You can use an old sim and cut out the micro sim no need for an adapter when an old sim would work just as good
