I dropped it yesterday and I think that might have caused this, is there a specific signal cable inside the phone? Would this cable cause the signal to go but the data stay? I can't open it until tomorrow as I need to buy the screwdriver.
I tried a differing sim and that had the same issue so I'm pretty sure it's hardware related.
Any help would be appreciated

If Data is functioning (if NOT!! connected via WiFi) - NO need to open the phone!
Then it is NOT a HW problem - try to restore the Firmware
(just don't up to 3.1.3 then you are f....ed - if you wanna JB)Do hope that helps

Thanks, I'll restore again to 3.1.2 then. Bit annoyed as I'll need to reinstall all my cydia apps
Edit: restored to 3.1.2 custom and it's still having the same issue! Could you suggest anything else?
