Unlock Any Iphone?

OK so i did order my iphone 3gs
and it should be in my hand by next Saturday
it is going to come with 3.1.3 firmware
and that means the latest baseband
I know that there should be a jailbreak and unlock coming out for this baseband and firmware soon but because i`m not a patient person I want to unlock it now
I don't really mind if its jailbroken or not

so i went searching on google and found this : IPHONE UNLOCK

i want to know what you people think about this as it claims it can unlock your iphone with the latest baseband and even keep it unlocked after a itunes update, something which other unlocks don't do

so if anyone has tried this method and it has worked for them please reply

I found these things on an online shop called turbo sims , apparently they unlock all iPhones no matter what version , not sure if they work or not
