app that periodlically connects/disconnects to the internet

Hi,
I am not connected all the time from the fear of battery loss. Is there an app that will just automatically connect and disconnect every so often so that my email can update and i dont have to do all the toggling on and off?

Try looking in to the FireWall app from cydia it nay have something that can help you but most likely toggling sbsettings is the olny thing out there that works good
