Will Jailbreak/Unlock stick if you deauthroize from one pc and authorize on another?

I am purchasing a jailbroken/unlocked phone running 3.1.2. If the seller deauthorizes it on his computer, and I bring it home and authorize it on mine, will the jailbreak/unlock still be in tact? It used blackra1n on the phone. Thanks!

Fair Play authorization has nothing to do with jailbreaking. You ought to be fine' Just don't update the firmware if iTunes prompts you!
