I've been having problems with this for a long time, and I'm really fed up.

I have double entries for everyone in my iPhone. The main solution that I keep hearing about is interference with MobileMe syncing, however, I don't have MobileMe and have never had it.

Does anyone know why this is happening? And more importantly, how I can please solve it?
