    Either convert to MP4 and sync it with iTunes so you can view it from within the iPod app, or if you're jailbroken, copy it directly to your phone somehow (SSH, iPhone Folders, iPhone Explorer, whatever) and try opening it with either MPlayer or vlc4iphone, both available in Cydia. MPlayer and vlc4iphone aren't guaranteed to work, but it's worth a shot at least.
