Uploading package to ModMyi Repo?

I have yet to upload a package to Cydia and a little confused on how to do it properly. I want to start out with something simple just to get an idea of how it works. I was thinking uploading a ringtone just to get started then start working on a full theme and get it published on Cydia. Can someone explain me how I would go about uploading a ringtone and doing it correctly so it goes into the persons ringtone folder when they download it?

see the tabs at the top.
click mouse over the one that says cydia apps
then go to submit a package and then just follow the instructions
