Can't install ANY apps please help

I can't install any apps (cydia or appstore) please hlep.

I think it has something to do with the permissions. Do you know the permissions for the installer or how to fix this?

But if u just rejailbreak. Nothing will change in your idevice.
Itll be just like rebooting
